New Private Home Sales for June 2023
Developer sales in June 2023 recorded 278 units sold (excluding EC), indicating a significant decline of 73.2% compared to the previous month of 1,038 units. Despite the absence of major project launches, the take-up rates remained robust during the month.
Private homes in the city-fringe (RCR) continued to exhibit strong dominance in the new sales market in June, accounting for 147 units or over 50% of all new sales for the month. This is primarily attributable to the sales of The Reserve Residences.
CCR projects also fared well, accounting for 40% of all new sales (excluding EC) due to two reasons. The price gap for new sales between CCR and RCR have been narrowing since April, and there were also comparatively more units priced within the affordability range of most buyers.

The Reserve Residences (79 units sold) in RCR, Leedon Green (14 units sold) in CCR and North Gaia EC (14 units sold) in OCR.
