New Private Home Unit Sales for January 2023
Property developers sold 550 units, including Executive Condominium (EC) units in Jan 2023. Most of the sales were transacted in the OCR market where two recent projects were launched. Despite a slightly lower sales rate this month, we believe that sales will likely pick up in the coming months as more launches enter the market.

Bestselling Properties for January 2023
The top three bestselling properties are Sceneca Residence (157 units sold), followed by Tenet (145 units sold) and Leedon Green (21 units sold). Klimt Cairnhill and Riviere came in as close contenders with 17 and 13 units sold respectively.

Upcoming Projects
There are five upcoming projects slated for launch. They are The Botany At Dairy Farm, Blossoms By The Park, Terra Hill, Tembusu Grand and The Continuum.
